Since it is difficult to determine how many people will attend your “after services buffet”.  Our collation menus are designed with flexibility in mind.  We requires a guaranteed number of guests from you, but we can adjust quickly to a larger group of guests than expected, and prepare more food quickly and efficiently.

When your guest arrives at your event, they will be impressed by the presentation and quality of our food.

These buffets include linen table clothes, full coffee and tea services.  We are happy to consider upgrades or a customized menu.  China, glass and silverware upgrades are available.
